Malai Chicken

Ingredients
1 teaspoon fresh chopped coriander leaves
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
100-150 ml fresh cream
2 teaspoons minced ginger and garlic
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons cashew paste (optional)
1⁄4 cup water
2 tablespoons yogurt
175-200 gm chicken with or without bones, cut into small cubes
3 tablespoons butter/oil
How to prepare
Finely purée the onions, ginger, garlic, and coriander (optional).
Sauté in butter or oil until the raw smell disappears.
Add the chicken cubes, stir in 2 tablespoons of water, and cook covered (8-10 minutes).
Stir in the yogurt, cashew butter, and Malai Chicken spice blend.
Add the cream and salt and simmer briefly until the sauce is creamy.
